Hello everyone, my name is Jourdan, but everyone calls me Jay. I've been consistently working out since 2020.  It all started during Covid, and I realized that I had to make a change. I was extremely skinny, I was insecure, and I didn't like the way I looked. Therefore, I took matter into my hands and decided to start my fitness journey during this time. Over time, I gained and maintained. There's much more but this is just the introduction lol.
